All My-initials products are personalized and created at the request of the client, for which we request very strongly, the exhaustive verification of models, sizes, colors,… to avoid changes and returns.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays, will be managed the next first business day. As the products are personalized, it takes 4-5 working days to prepare the shipment.
• All orders are prepared carefully and with particular care, so they should arrive in perfect condition. If, on the other hand, this is not the case, please contact us.

SHIPPING

• For national orders, the courier company in charge of delivery and transport is Bpost (Their customer service telephone number is : 02 201 23 45).
• For international orders, shipments are franked to other transport companies.
• We ship worldwide.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Belgium : standard shipping 5-7 business days : FREE shipping over 50€
• Europea Union : Standard shipping : 10€. FREE shipping over 100€
• International : Standard shipping : 30€. FREE shipping over 300€

CHANGES OR RETURNS

As you know, all My-initials products are personalized and created at the request of the client, for which we request very strongly, the exhaustive verification of models, sizes, colors,… to avoid changes and returns. THANK YOU!

• The maximum term to make an exchange or return is 14 calendar days from when you receive your order.
• Returns of products from the “Outlet” or promotional section are not accepted.
• Returns of products with more than one initial are not accepted.
• It is essential that the products subject to a change or a return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no change or return can be made.
• The costs associated with exchanges or returns will be borne by the buyer.

CHANGES

• Send an e-mail to info@my-initials.com with the order number, the reason for the change and your contact information.
• Cost : 5€ for the delivery of the new product.

RETURNS

• Send an e-mail to info@my-initials.com with the order number, the reason for the return and your contact information.
• Once we receive the returned package in perfect condition, we will refund your payment within 10 days.
